- live connection: the applet gets the quotes values
from a data feed in real-time; we do not offer any feed for this applet,
we only provide a free sample script;
- customizable symbols: you can set any number of stocks
that feed can provide. You can set how many symbol columns to have, the applet
determines itself the number of rows required for it;
- customizable colors & fonts: you can set fonts and
colors for both name and value fields; you can also set colors for cells,
header, grid;
- trend color effects & icons: you can set colors to
mark stock trends; also you can show/hide icons columns; there are possible
two trends:
1. day-trend: current value vs. yesterday close; this is
visually marked by trend icon and foreground color;
2. live-trend: current value vs. previous value; this is
marked by temporary 'blink' (color change for cell), after this the
cell returns to normal colors (day-trend colors)
